Deer Valley Resort & Daybreak Food Truck Round up: August 31, 2017

Today was THE BEST! Jessie and I started out by driving up Big Cottonwood Canyon to hike to Lake Mary & Catherine, but it looked like it was going to rain so we didn't. Instead, we drove over Guardsman's Pass and went to Montage Deer Valley and rode the ski lift. It was SO peaceful and cool. I loved it. On your way back down, you can see the pool from the resort, and it's so pretty because it's in the middle of the mountains. Then, we drove through Park City and went to the outlets. We walked into Michael Kors, just to look around, and they offered us a job at the Lehi location. So that could be up next!

Next, we went back home on Parley's, and went to the weekly Daybreak food truck round-up. That is so fun because everyone is so happy, it's summer and feels so good outside, and you can eat whatever you want because there are a lot of trucks there. Plus, it's right at the lake, and there's paddle boarding. What could be better? The air is getting a little cooler, the sun is setting, and you can smell delicious food cooking. Families are everywhere, many people have dogs, there are cool cars. It was the perfect summer night.
